When Google wanted to know how to help families impacted by mental health and substance use better, they asked Shelly what she thought they should do.When's she not helping individuals & families, studying the latest brain science research, disrupting patterns and encouraging movement, she's dancing at concerts, practicing the art of relaxation somewhere warm and sandy or stirring it up over long table dinners with family & friends
